How Can Children Play With the Dinosaur?

The toy can change with your child's developing abilities.

• Reach and grasp: Place the dinosaur within your baby's reach and let them explore its shape and movement.
• Push and roll: Encourage your child to push the dinosaur across a safe floor surface and watch it move.
• Watch and follow: Roll the dinosaur slowly and let your child follow its movement with their eyes or move towards it.
• Pull along: As toddlers become confident walkers, they can hold the string and pull the dinosaur along while walking.
• Move and explore: Let your child decide where the dinosaur travels, turning simple movement into open-ended play.
• Create a story: Older toddlers can turn the dinosaur into a character in simple pretend-play adventures.

What Skills Can This Toy Encourage?

The Dinosaur Pull-Along Toy connects movement with hands-on exploration.

Reach → Hold → Push → Pull → Move → Explore

Through these simple actions, children can practise:

• Gross motor skills through walking and moving while pulling the toy
• Balance and coordination as they move around with it
• Grasping and hand control while holding the toy or its string
• Hand-eye coordination through reaching, pushing and directing movement
• Spatial awareness as children watch how the toy moves across the floor
• Confidence and independence as toddlers begin controlling the toy themselves

The product's current PDP specifically associates pull-along play with walking, coordination, balance, stability and self-confidence in young walkers.

Why Choose a Pull-Along Toy?

A pull-along toy gives children a simple reason to move, explore and interact with their environment.

Instead of sitting in one place, children can decide where their dinosaur goes and experiment with how it moves.

Pull → Walk → Watch → Move → Repeat

For younger babies, the toy can be introduced through supervised push-and-roll interaction. As children become more mobile, the pull-along function becomes a more active part of play.
