DIY Fridge Magnet (10 Pcs) - Fairy Tale

DIY Fridge Magnet - Fairy Tale gives children a creative way to colour, decorate and bring magical characters and scenes to life. With 10 fairy tale themed designs, children can create their own fridge magnets while using the finished artwork as inspiration for stories, characters and imaginative play.

What Makes This Fairy Tale DIY Kit Special?

The combination of familiar fairy tale characters and hands-on making gives children plenty of space to create and imagine.

• 10 fairy tale designs: Children can explore designs featuring characters and scenes such as a princess, knight, dragon, castle and fairy.
• Create something of their own: Children can choose colours and add their own creative touches instead of simply using a ready-made decoration.
• Encourage storytelling: The characters and scenes can become starting points for simple fairy tales and imaginary adventures.
• Practise fine motor skills: Colouring, handling the designs and attaching the magnets encourage controlled hand movements and coordination.
• Turn artwork into keepsakes: Finished creations can be displayed on a fridge or another magnetic surface and enjoyed beyond the craft activity.

Ways Children Can Explore With It

The fairy tale theme makes it easy to turn a simple craft session into an imaginative storytelling activity.

• Choose a character: Ask your child which character they would like to colour first and what they think that character might be like.
• Create a fairy tale: Use two or three finished magnets as characters or settings for a simple story.
• Invent new adventures: Encourage your child to decide where the characters are going and what might happen next.
• Make the designs their own: Let children experiment with colours rather than expecting them to follow traditional fairy tale colour schemes.
• Build a magical display: Arrange the completed magnets together to create a small fairy tale scene on a suitable magnetic surface.
